ERC Qualifications

Complete or Partial Suspension of Business Operations
Your company must have shut down completely or partially in 2020 or 2021 per a government mandate. In this case, it would also apply if your ability to do business, travel, or have group meetings were limited.
Reduction in Gross Receipts
The gross receipt reduction requirements for 2020 and 2021 are different, but they are calculated against the current quarter as opposed to pre-COVID amounts in 2019.
